That site had already been suggested for buying Tom a tank, but it could easily be used to buy something that could be transformed to resemble the NG tank.
Considering the appreciable amount of money raised by NGers for various causes, it shouldn't be too difficult to conglomerate a sum sufficient to purchase a moderately sized tank.

The many problems of this are financial, to get people to donate to the cause would mean some massive event in hopes of a donation or something. Which brings up yet another problem of transportation.
